Yoga is for Everybody
My love for yoga began in 2015 at a small, community studio on the coast of Maine. There, I joined a community of dear hearts and learned to care for my body + mind more intentionally through the practice of movement, meditation, and breath. In 2025, I completed the 200-hour Ahimsa Yoga Teacher Training with Robyn Lund at Gentle Healing Wellness Center in Helena, with the goal of offering good movement classes to the local community. I don’t care what brand or size your yoga pants are, or whether your practice is based in a chair or on a mat. I believe all bodies are capable and deserving, and I aim to create a space where movement is made accessible to people of all ages, genders, sizes, and abilities through individualized attention, postural modifications, and the use of props. My teaching style is informed by a growing curiosity in the power of somatic practices in whole healing and draws from a variety of movement practices, including yoga asanas (postures), Hanna Somatics, and strength/functional mobility. My goal is to support you in cultivating a practice that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and mind you have right now.
