Yoga is for Everybody
Yoga sessions are facilitated by Lida Holst, LCSW, RYT-200. Lida’s love for yoga began in 2015 at a small, community studio in Maine. Here, she felt seen and honored while learning to attend to and converse with her body in accepting and affirming ways. In 2025, she completed the Ahimsa Yoga Teacher Training with Robyn Lund at Gentle Healing Wellness Center in Helena, MT. Lida doesn’t care what brand or size your yoga pants are, or whether your practice is based in a chair or on a mat. She believes all bodies are capable and deserving, and aims to create a space where movement is made accessible to people of all ages, genders, sizes, and abilities through individualized attention, postural modifications, and use of props. Her teaching style is informed by her clinical experience as a trauma therapist and draws from yoga asanas (postures), as well as somatic and functional movements. Sessions with Lida are individualized to your abilities and needs, and her goal is to support you in cultivating a practice that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and mind you have right now. Private sessions can support you in laying the foundations of your movement practice, deepen an existing practice, and can be used to address individualized concerns/needs.
